If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, the order moves into the production stage and cannot be cancelled. For cancellations made within the allowed window, a 5% processing fee will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 – 10 days. As of now, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can place your order using any online payment method through Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
To check your order status, simply visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID along with the email address used at the time of purchase. The latest status and updates will be displayed instantly.
If your package is returned to us due to incomplete address details or failure to accept the delivery, a flat ₹150 will be deducted to cover return shipping charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method. We offer free shipping for orders above ₹799. For orders below ₹799, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
