If your payment fails, please retry after ensuring all details—such as account information, billing address, password, or UPI credentials—are accurate. Also, confirm that your internet connection is stable during the transaction. If the amount has been debited from your account despite a failure, it is typically refunded to your bank within 3–7 business days. Once an order is confirmed, additional items cannot be added to the same cart. If you’d like to purchase more products, you’ll need to place a new order.
Currently, we do not offer expedited delivery services. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure standard delivery timelines for all orders.
To place an order, simply browse our product range and select the items you like. Choose your preferred size and color (refer to our size chart for guidance), then add the product to your cart. Repeat the process for additional items if needed. Once ready, proceed to checkout, enter your details (email, name, address, and phone number), and select your payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after completing the order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and a unique order ID after your purchase is successful. Once your order is dispatched, another email with tracking details will be sent to you.
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the order moves to processing. To request a cancellation, email us at support@loadedhuman.com using the email address associated with your order. Include your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, as specified in their product descriptions. 5% deduction will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 4-7 working days.
We currently do not offer COD. However, we provide a variety of secure payment options, including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. EMI options are also available.
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email with your order ID. After dispatch, you’ll receive another email with a tracking ID to monitor your shipment. In the rare case of a delay or issue, we’ll inform you immediately with updated timelines.
If delivery fails and the product is returned to us, a full refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure you respond to calls from the courier partner. If delivery fails twice due to unresponsiveness, or if the order is returned due to incorrect delivery details, a Return to Origin (RTO) process will be initiated, and only 50% of the order value will be refunded. Alternatively, reshipping charges will apply for the redelivery of the product.
We offer free shipping for orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Creating an exchange request is easy. Email us at support@loadedhuman.com, and our team will manually process it. A processing fee of ₹75 or 10% of the order value (whichever is higher) applies. This amount will be credited as store credits, valid for 90 days, and can be used on orders of ₹1000 or more.
Once your exchange request is created, the product is typically picked up within 2–3 business days. If the pickup hasn’t occurred, please email us at support@loadedhuman.com, and we’ll prioritize your request.
It usually takes 15–20 business days for the exchanged product to be delivered. We appreciate your patience during this process.
