We do not offer returns as each piece is custom-made specially for you. However, exchanges are possible within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly refer to the Exchange Policy page before placing your order to understand the terms and conditions.

If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to delivery issues such as an incomplete address or missed attempts, a ₹150 fee will be deducted to cover shipping costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
