Returns

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our warehouse in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and after successfully passing our quality check.

Pickup Failure: If the courier is unable to reach you for pickup, you will need to self-ship the parcel back to our warehouse. We will compensate you with ₹100 once the parcel is received at our warehouse. This compensation will be processed within 4 to 7 working days.
Return & Replacement Charges:
For returns, ₹75 or 10% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account. The deducted amount will be issued as store credits. For replacements, ₹75 or 10% of the order value must be paid, which will be credited as store credits. These store credits are valid for 90 days and can be used on orders of ₹1000 or more.

Conditions For Returns

Courier Damage or Loss: We are not liable for any damages or losses during transit if the parcel is not properly packed by you while returning. In such cases, the consumer will bear the penalty. Please ensure you take a photo of the parcel before shipping it back.
Damaged Deliveries: If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery. This will help us address the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement. Take an image of the damaged delivery before refusing it.
Video Documentation: Even if the parcel appears in good condition, we recommend recording a video while opening it. This will ensure that, if any damage is discovered inside, the return or exchange process can proceed smoothly.

Parcel Condition for Return/Exchange: If the parcel being returned or exchanged is not in the same condition it was received, including packaging and tags, you will be liable for a penalty, and the process will not proceed.
Video Proof: A video showing the condition of the unopened parcel, and any visible damage, is required. This video must be recorded before you open the parcel. Without this video, returns or replacements cannot be processed.
Timeframe: Please submit your claim within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure prompt assistance. After this timeframe, return or exchange eligibility will no longer be available.
Replacement Process: Once your return or exchange request is approved, replacements will be processed and shipped within 15 to 20 business days.
