Return & Exchange Policy
At Loaded Human, each product is carefully made to order, which allows us to offer unique pieces tailored just for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, the order moves into production stage and cannot be cancelled. For cancellations within the allowed window, a 5% processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days. We understand that sizing or style preferences may occasionally differ, which is why we offer an exchange option. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A ₹150 fee will apply to help cover the logistics and handling costs involved, as each piece is made to order. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement at the earliest — your satisfaction remains our top priority. (Terms and conditions apply.)
Note: Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen resolution and lighting. Color differences are natural and do not qualify as defects.
Pickup Failure: If the courier is unable to reach you for pickup, you will need to self-ship the parcel back to our warehouse. We will compensate you with a maximum of ₹100 once the parcel is received at our warehouse. This compensation will be processed within 7 to 10 days.
Terms and Conditions
Courier Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit if the parcel is not properly packed by you when returning it. In such cases, any penalties or costs will be borne by the customer. Please ensure you take a clear photo of the parcel before shipping it back.
Damaged Deliveries: If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately. This helps us address the issue promptly and arrange a replacement. Be sure to take a photo of the damaged parcel before refusing it.
Video Documentation: Even if the parcel appears undamaged upon delivery, we recommend recording a video while opening it. This will support your claim in case any damage is discovered inside and help facilitate the exchange process.
Parcel Condition for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the parcel and product must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and tags. If this condition is not met, the exchange request may be declined, and you may be liable for any associated penalties.
Proof Requirements: A video showing the unopened parcel and any visible damage must be recorded before opening. Without this video, we cannot process exchanges or replacements.
Timeframe: All claims for damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Replacement Process: Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement will be processed and shipped within 12 – 15 days.
