At Loaded Human, each product is carefully made to order, which allows us to offer unique pieces tailored just for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, the order moves into production stage and cannot be cancelled. For cancellations within the allowed window, a 5% processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days. We understand that sizing or style preferences may occasionally differ, which is why we offer an exchange option. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A ₹150 fee will apply to help cover the logistics and handling costs involved, as each piece is made to order. If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order. Exchange requests are only applicable for a different size of the product; the product design and color must remain the same. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement at the earliest — your satisfaction remains our top priority. (Terms and conditions apply.)

Note: Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen resolution and lighting. Color differences are natural and do not qualify as defects. 

Pickup Failure: If the courier is unable to reach you for pickup, you will need to self-ship the parcel back to our warehouse. Out of ₹150 chargeable as exchange fee, ₹75 is adjusted as compensation and only ₹75 remains payable by the customer.
